Return Options
Free Drop-off
If you select the free drop-off option, you can ship the box to one of our participating locations with your own carrier service company or deposit the box yourself at one of our participating locations listed on the programs page.
Prepaid Return Label
If you select a paying shipping service, your shipping label will be emailed to you within 24h of your order. Print out your shipping label and tape it securely to your box. Note that shipping fees may apply.
