Operation
- Enter the quantity of cigarette recycling containers you need. Each container comes with one fireproof cigarette receptacle liner.
- Select the shipping and return option that suits your needs.
- If you selected the free pickup option, please allow us 48h to prepare the order. You will receive an email confirmation when the order is ready to be picked up at our Magog warehouse.
- If you selected the shipping option, your recycling box will be shipped by UPS Carbon Neutral.
- Once you receive your Go Zero cigarette recycling container, assemble it, insert the fireproof bag inside, and position it so it can be visible and easily accessible.
- Collect eligible materials.
- When the cigarette recycling container is full, remove the bag and seal it tight. Make sure that the content is not hot and presents no risk of fire.
- If you selected our prepaid return option, put the fireproof bag in the return mailer in preparation for transport with UPS Carbon Neutral, then contact UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS to schedule a pickup. Note that your prepaid return shipping label will be already attached to the mailer and this label is valid for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase. If you have not returned the bag in this period, please contact us and we will send you a new label.
- Then, to continue recycling with Go Zero, you will need to reorder a new recycling box.
Notes
- We cannot ship to or pick up at a PO Boxes.
- For additional fireproof liners, please select the correct item at Step 1.
- Do not send hot material that can represent a risk of fire.
- Position the cigarette receptacle according to your local regulations.
