Free Recycling in Partnership with MedSup Medical

Go Zero and MedSup Medical have partnered to create a free worldwide recycling program MedSup Medical eligible products. This recycling program is financed by MedSup Medical. Visit their website to see all recyclable products at medsupmedical.com.

How it Works

Participating is very simple:

Start by collecting eligible MedSup Medical products. Keep a copy of your proof of purchase or cut out the product barcodes from the packaging. Join them with your shipment. The original packaging of the product is not eligible for this program as it is recyclable with your municipal recycling service.

ONLY MEDSUP MEDICAL PRODUCTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Collect MedSup Medical products in a clear plastic bag (that we will recycle) and put it in a regular cardboard box (that we will also recycle). Please use un bag per type of product to simplify the sorting process. Visit our FAQ page for more specifications on admissible box sizes and weights.

When your box is full of eligible products, seal the clear plastic bag and place the proof of purchase or barcodes inside the box. We ask you to only ship your box when it is full to minimize the carbon footprint caused by its transportation.

Securely seal your box in order to make it ready for shipping to the nearest Go Zero recycling center.

Once you have created an account or signed in to the Go Zero website, you will be able to add this program to your shopping cart. You can have access to this recycling program for free! You can drop-off your recycling box at one of Go Zero participating depot or you can send us your recycling box using your favorite courier service company to one of the participating depots.

In the following 24-48 hours after placing your order you will receive an email with a traceability label including your unique RealCycle identification number. You will have to print it out and tape it to your box. This is how Go Zero will be able to trace and certify the recycling process.

By selecting the free drop-off option, you can ship your box to one of our participating locations with your own carrier service company or drop-off your box yourself at one of our participating locations listed below.

At any moment, you can trace your shipment with your RealCycle traceability number online through the RealCycle portal. (AVAILABLE SOON)

Once the recycling process is completed, you will receive a Go Zero recycling certificate by email. This recycling certificate belongs to you, so you can use it as proof that you recycled the materials and to calculate your own ecological footprint.

How we Recycle the Materials

Once received at our facility, your package will be tracked throughout the recycling process using our exclusive RealCycle technology. The different materials will be disinfected and sorted depending on their composition. The materials will then be separated into raw components with specialized techniques. These components will then be transformed into new recycled material that will be used to create new recyclable products. Go Zero and its social economy and recycling professional partners guarantee that the recycling process ensures the maximum environmental and social benefits. Visit our About Us page for more information.
